3. Return Request Conditions

- Photos of the outer and inner packaging
- Unboxing video (recommended)

5. Return Shipping Costs
- Return shipping costs are borne by the customer
- International return shipping charges are non-refundable
- Customs duties and taxes are non-refundable

- Incorrect size or color selected by customer
- Delays caused by customs or courier
- Manufacturer packaging differences
- Minor cosmetic packaging damage
- Products seized or rejected by customs

7. Condition of Returned Products
Returned items must:
- Be unused
- Be in original packaging
- Include all accessories, manuals, and tags
Used or damaged returned items will be rejected.
8. Refund After Return
- Refunds (if approved) will be processed after product inspection
- Refund timeline: 7β10 business days
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method
- Payment gateway charges may be deducted
