At AMERIVA CART, we specialize in international shopping from the United States to India. Due to the nature of cross-border shipping, returns are limited and subject to strict conditions.


1. General Return Policy

🚫 Returns are generally NOT accepted for international orders once delivered.

This is because:

  • Products are sourced internationally
  • High shipping and customs costs are involved
  • US retailers may not accept international returns

2. Eligible Return Cases (Exceptions)

A return may be accepted only in the following situations:

3. Return Request Conditions

To request a return, you must:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Provide:
    • Clear photos/videos of the product
    • Photos of the outer and inner packaging
    • Unboxing video (recommended)

Requests raised after 48 hours will not be accepted.


4. Return Approval Process

  • All return requests are subject to verification
  • If approved:
    • Replacement or
    • Refund will be offered at our discretion
  • Decision by AMERIVA CART will be final

5. Return Shipping Costs

  • Return shipping costs are borne by the customer
  • International return shipping charges are non-refundable
  • Customs duties and taxes are non-refundable

6. Non-Returnable Items

Returns will NOT be accepted for:

  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect size or color selected by customer
  • Delays caused by customs or courier
  • Manufacturer packaging differences
  • Minor cosmetic packaging damage
  • Products seized or rejected by customs
  • Items marked β€œNon-Returnable”
  • Restricted or prohibited items under Indian import laws

7. Condition of Returned Products

Returned items must:

  • Be unused
  • Be in original packaging
  • Include all accessories, manuals, and tags

Used or damaged returned items will be rejected.


8. Refund After Return

  • Refunds (if approved) will be processed after product inspection
  • Refund timeline: 7–10 business days
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method
  • Payment gateway charges may be deducted
