1. Order Cancellation Policy

1.1 Cancellation Before Purchase in the USA

  • Orders can be cancelled within 6–12 hours of placing the order only if the product has not yet been purchased from the US seller.
  • A full refund will be issued after deducting payment gateway charges (if applicable).

1.2 Cancellation After Purchase

Once the product has been:

  • Purchased from the US retailer, OR
  • Shipped to our US warehouse, OR
  • Shipped internationally

❌ Cancellation is NOT allowed, as international procurement and logistics have already begun.

2. Refund Policy

Refunds are applicable only in the following cases:

2.1 Product Not Available / Order Cancelled by US Seller

  • If the product becomes unavailable after purchase
  • Or the US seller cancels the order

✅ 100% refund will be issued to the original payment method.

2.2 Damaged or Incorrect Product Received

If you receive:

  • A damaged product
  • A wrong item
  • A missing item

You must:

  • Notify us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Share clear photos/videos of the package and product

After verification:

  • Replacement will be arranged OR
  • Partial or full refund will be issued (at our discretion)

2.3 Product Lost in Transit

  • If the product is confirmed lost during international transit
  • Refund will be processed after courier confirmation

3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will NOT be provided in the following cases:

  • Change of mind after purchase
  • Delays due to customs clearance
  • Customs duty refusal by customer
  • Incorrect shipping address provided by customer
  • Product seized or rejected by customs authorities
  • Manufacturer packaging differences
  • Minor cosmetic packaging damage
  • Warranty issues (covered by manufacturer, not us)

4. Customs Duties & Taxes

  • Customs duties, GST, and import taxes are non-refundable
  • If a shipment is refused by the customer due to customs charges:
    • No refund will be issued
    • Return shipping (if any) will be charged to the customer

5. Refund Processing Time

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days
  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method
  • Bank processing times may vary

6. Returns Policy
